Coach · Trainer · Founder, Cornell Performance Academy

Raquel Cornell is the co-founder of Cornell Performance Academy and the creator of the Actioned Woman Framework™, a year-long training model designed to help women build physical strength, internal capacity, and sustained action in their lives. For more than 13 years, Raquel has worked hands-on with hundreds of women inside the gym.

What she has seen consistently is this: women will grind relentlessly for everyone else, family, work, responsibility — yet hesitate, stall, or abandon themselves when it comes to their own goals.

Her work exists to change that.

Raquel’s coaching is built on a central belief: women don’t lose their goals because they lack
desire or intelligence. They lose momentum because they were never taught how to take action under pressure, and how to keep taking action when life remains busy, imperfect, and demanding.

She rejects the illusion of balance and perfection as harmful narratives for women. Instead, her work teaches women how to build capacity — the ability to stay present, stay engaged, and stay in effort even when conditions are not ideal. Strength training becomes the entry point.

Action becomes the practice. Purpose becomes the result. Each year, Raquel measures progress across all areas of a woman’s life inside her programs — not just physical strength, but consistency, follow-through, decision-making, health behaviors, and goal execution. Success is defined by real shifts in how a woman takes action in her body, her health, her work, and her personal goals.

Raquel integrates physical training with real-life application, using the body as the training
ground for learning discipline, resilience, and sustained effort. The same principles required to
train progressively are the principles required to build a meaningful life: repetition, commitment, tolerance for discomfort, and the ability to continue.

Her approach is direct, disciplined, and relational. Raquel works closely with a limited number of women at a time, staying in the trenches with them, noticing when they pull back, addressing patterns early, and holding a steady standard when old habits resurface. Her work is not built on motivation, but on responsibility and partnership.

As a mother, entrepreneur, business owner, and singer-songwriter, Raquel lives this work daily. She learned music from the ground up later in life, writing, practicing, and releasing original work through consistent effort rather than formal background. She has also run for political office, built and operates multiple businesses, and continues to choose action across demanding arenas of her life. These experiences shape the way she teaches women how to move forward even when confidence comes after the step.

Through years of professional and personal practice, Raquel has come to know that action is the single most important factor in whether a woman builds, sustains, and continues toward the life she wants.

Her life’s work is simple and uncompromising: to help women stop abandoning themselves and learn how to take sustained action toward their purpose.

At Cornell Performance Academy, she leads the Actioned Woman Memberships as her most
intentional work, designed for women who are ready to commit, build capacity, and stay in effort long enough to create results they can stand behind.

Her work is not for everyone.

It is for women who are ready to live their purpose — and keep going.

Break the Mold. Rise Above.
