He has more than 15 years of hands-on experience with Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, corrective movement patterns, and Sports Psychology along with several training and performance certifications. Michael is recognized as one of the top performance coaches in Canada.

Alexandria DiFazioDance Fundamentals and Performance Coach
As a professional dance artist and instructor, Alexandria has been involved in a wide range of performances and events over the years, including festivals, concerts, and music videos. She has been a dancer in the Hamilton-based contemporary dance collective To The Pointe Dance Project since 2012. Alexandria was a professional cheerleader and captain with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for three seasons, having participated in Grey Cup Festivals.
