Michael is the co-founder of Cornell Performance Academy and a 6 year Canadian Football League (CFL) veteran who has dedicated his life to the concept of performance and breaking the mold. He has more than 20 years of hands-on experience with Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, corrective movement patterns, and Sports Psychology along with several training and performance certifications. Michael is recognized as one of the top performance coaches in Canada and a coach to other Hamilton personal trainers.
Raquel is the co-founder of Cornell Performance Academy and the creator of the
Actioned Woman Framework™, a year-long training model designed to help women build
physical strength, internal capacity, and sustained action in their lives. For more than 13 years, Raquel has worked hands-on with hundreds of women inside the gym.
With a Masters’s in Physiotherapy from McGill University, James brings a wealth of clinical experience, particularly in working with athletes from various disciplines, including rugby, hockey, track and field, soccer, and Olympic weightlifting. As a Hamilton physiotherapist and personal trainer, James ensures his clients continue to excel.
